Our Story
La Casita Bakery was born from a dream and a lifetime of love for baking. Paty transformed her home on Fort Worth's Historic Northside into a warm bakery where every recipe carries generations of tradition.
Just three minutes from the Stockyards, our little house fills the neighborhood with the aroma of fresh empanadas, tres leches, and pan dulce — made the way abuela taught us.
Every bake is a labor of love. From our signature guava empanadas to custom celebration cakes for quinceañeras and weddings, we pour our heart into every creation. Because at La Casita, you're not just a customer — you're family.
